8% Monthly Management Fee

This fee covers everything from tenant screening and rent collection to maintenance coordination and property inspections. $200 Annual Renewal

We love good tenants, but we also want your investment to perform better year over year. We make sure to maximize your investment with annual rent increases and proeprty inspections to ensure a smooth experience.
